Is VAT included in the cost of my purchase?

For customers placing orders within the EU, the prices displayed on our site include VAT.

Customers placing orders outside the EU may be subject to import fees, customs duties, and local taxes, including VAT, which are not included in the prices displayed on our site. We recommend reading our terms and conditions of use for more details before making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

As soon as your order is recorded, we proceed with shipping the same day or the next day.

Our carriers then take care of your package! You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Depending on the delivery method selected when you placed your order, it takes 1 to 5 days for you to receive your package.

Am I responsible for customs fees and duties?

If you order to a delivery address outside the EU, your order may be subject to import fees, customs duties, and local taxes at your expense as the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.

If you are based in the United Kingdom, your customs fees are paid by Weeplow and included in the delivery charges. We strive to make Weeplow available without customs fees in all countries as soon as possible!

My order tracking doesn't seem to be working.

We are sorry! In some cases, the carrier may take 1 to 2 business days to update the shipping status of your order. If your tracking number is still not updated or not working, please contact us with your order number.

How to make a return or exchange?

We are sorry to hear that you did not like your Weeplow product. Please contact us with your order number and the products you wish to exchange or return, and we will take care of everything.

Help! I can't find my return slip.

Don't worry, our packages do not have return slips. Contact our support team and we will help you with your return or exchange.

What is your return policy?

We offer free and risk-free returns for all orders. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number to make a return.
Products must be in their original packaging and still in the same new condition as when received.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take between 5 and 10 business days to appear on your account.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Our apologies! If you received a product different from the one(s) you ordered, please contact our support team and we will make sure to send you the correct product.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We are currently handling a high volume of orders and may not be able to modify or cancel your order before it ships.

I can't find my country in the list of destinations where you deliver - how can I buy weeplow products?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to your country at the moment.

In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal which they can exercise within a maximum period of fourteen (14) full days from the day of receipt of the Product(s) concerned or from the receipt of the last Product mentioned in your Order if it was delivered in several installments, without having to justify the reason. When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

However, this period is extended to 30 days on our Weeplow website.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to the following address contact@weeplow.com.

The Customer Service will then contact the Customer at the provided contact details to arrange the return of the Products, with the direct costs remaining the responsibility of Weeplow.

The refund will be made as soon as possible from the receipt of the returned Product(s) and at the latest within 14 days following their receipt, and will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

However, the refund can only be made if the Product is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories, user manual, and documentation.

The Customer will be the only one able to exercise this right of withdrawal. In case of delivery to a person other than the Customer, this right cannot be exercised by the recipient of the Order.
